About the service

A professional wedding planner and a planner assistant with you for up to 10 hours during the wedding day to help you coordinate all suppliers , guiding them through the  timeline and making sure all is set as per your instructions.

A Tuscan caterer providing you a full wedding dinner with an aperitif and a 3 course meal with drinks included with a typical italian wedding cake ; 

A full day photographer to capture all your special moments with you husband/wife to be and family;

A professional videographer with  drone shooting ; 

Hair and make up service included with one previous trial to be done before the wedding day;

A live duet for your wedding ceremony;

A band to entertain your guests and you during aperitif and party time; 

A dj that will provide you a professional music system  and will entertain your guests to dance the night away;

A floral designer provides decoration for the ceremony area such as arches, chairs, bouquet for bride and bridesmaids and table decoration according to your taste.

When is the best period to get married in Tuscany?

The best period to get married in Tuscany are spring and fall. Temperatures can be scorching if you think about July and August weddings while May and Sept/October offer mild days and fresh nights while colors are perfect for your wedding pictures!

What kind of cake is typical in Italy for weddings?

In Italy we love to taste Millefoglie. It’s made with two layers of puff pastry filled with vanilla cream and chocolate drops. You can choose the fruit you prefer on top: my favorite version are strawberries with icing sugar, to die for!

Can you help me for transportation of the guests to the venue and back?

Yes! This is one of the multiple tasks that we can take care of . Nobody wants to leave his guests wandering in the country the night of the wedding night looking for a taxi!
