About the service

A team of 3 professional wedding planners with you for up to 14 hours during the wedding day to help you coordinate all suppliers , guiding them through the  timeline and making sure all is set as per your instructions.

A selected caterer providing you the best wedding  wedding dinner ever with an extensive aperitif buffet and a 3/4 course meal with drinks and scrumptious  wedding cake included;

A full day photographer and an assistant that will be with you since the preparation until you cut the cake, to capture the essence of every single detail,

A professional videographer with an assistant  with drone shooting ; 

Hair and make up service  for bride and the whole bride squad ! ( up to 3 people) 

A live instrument / duo /quartet for your wedding ceremony;

A band to entertain your guests and you during aperitif and party time; 

A dj that will provide you a professional music system  and will entertain your guests to dance the night away. Open bar with the bet suppliers in the area, furniture decorated with flowers and object in theme with the wedding style

A floral designer providing decoration for ceremony area such as arches, chair decoration bride and bridesmaids bouquet and table decoration according to your taste.

A special entertainment with fire dancers, a magician or whatever your fantasy suggest! We can also provide babysitter entertainment for children of all ages, just ask!

Which song should I choose to walk down the aisle?

I am quite a classical girl so I’d rather go for something official like Queen of Sheeba of Haendel or Canon in D from Pachelbel.
If you want to give it a more modern twist a song I really like is A thousand Years of Christina Perri. When I used this song for the first time the italian pianist didn’t even know the name Perri, now I play it at least for 10 weddings a year!

How much will it cost if we want to have some fireworks on our wedding day?

Fireworks start from 2.500€for a few minutes show until 8 even 9.000€, it really depends which company you use and the length of the show. Consider that if you want a synchro show ( fireworks shouting with the same rhythm of a song) it can be a bit more expensive. Be aware that some cities don’t allow fireworks during summer months and this is because of fire problems. Remember to ask your wedding planner to check this with your wedding venue before you book it !

Which flowers do you recommend for our wedding?

I love roses and peonies so these are a must in my weddings, as you can find them in many colors, from white to light and dark pink, red or even blue! But my suggestion is to go for flowers in season. If you choose seasonal Italian flowers they will stay fresh for more time and you will not spend a fortune for a bouquet that is dry in a few hours…!
