1. On booking a non refundable deposit of €500 for the wedding package ( or 200€ fr the celebrant service) to secure your wedding date should be paid.

2. Marry me in Tuscany (MMIT) guarantees the presence and quality of all suppliers provided for your wedding, it does not take any responsibility for suppliers chosen by the clients although MMIT is happy to work with and co-ordinate their services on the day of your wedding.
One of our wedding planners will be with you for meetings with suppliers and trials of menu and flowers for the day/days included in your package; should you decide to choose your own suppliers we will be more than glad to meet them prior to the wedding day for a final meeting but no prior visit is included.
3. MMIT, guarantees the presence of a professional wedding planner for number of hours as agreed in the package chosen.
Silk and Tulle : 8 hours
Love and Marriage :12 hours
4. All suppliers must be paid according to their individual agreements before the wedding day.
5. Payment procedures for the service providers will be discussed directly with you once you have confirmed the supplier.
6. During the wedding day a sheltered area must be provided for he staff during luch or dinner time. If temperatures go down below 20° meals have to be provided into an indoor area. If the only meal included in the contract is not provided, MMIT reserves the right to leave the wedding venue for an hour to provide a regular meal to its employees.
7. The client gives their consent for MMIT to contact recommend suppliers contacted directly by the client on their recommendation for details of the service being provided.
8. MMIT respects your privacy and confirms that no information will be shared with a third party without your prior consent. Your personal information will be stored according to the Data protection act.
9. Cancellation by the client. In the event of cancellation by the client, MMIT, will confirm the cancellation of the event only on receipt of written confirmation. A cancellation fee will be payable by the client as set out below and has been calculated to represent a reasonable assessment of the loss it and its suppliers will suffer as a result of the cancellation.
