Every bride knows how important is to choose the perfect flowers matching your favorite venue: when I first met my couple, two years ago, at first sight I already knew she had clear ideas on how the wedding decoration should be. She wanted pale colors for all the details with a mix of exotic flowers and roses for the bouquet and a touch of gold for the table. I started browsing all of my florists in the area and finally found the perfect one to realize this dreamy decoration : Alessandro started working on the project straight away and after a couple of weeks we got the first draft of the project!! Down below some pictures :
For the chairs of the ceremony we used astilbe flowers in white and pale pink when the table and the fountain had a long garland of greenery to enhance thbeauty of the marble stone.
The entrance of the ceremony area was highlighted with a majestic arch made with eucalyptus leaves and pale pink and white roses: it was the perfect way to introduce the bride dressed in his handmade silk gown to all the guests and his husband to be! It looked like all the guests loved this decision as we had o move the arch from the ceremony to the dinner area but it was impossible due to the people using this “frame” and the amazing panorama of Siena’s skyline as a photo-booth!!!
While the guests were having an aperitif in the courtyard away from the sun, we started preparing the amazing table you can see here:
The Bride personally choose all the times for the table, from the hand painted navy blue ceramic dishes to the 24Kt gold plated underplates, bread plates and cutlery. The name tags where especially designed with geodes handwritten so to match the colors of the dishes.
As this wedding took place in one of the most luxury castles of Tuscany, what’s better than chandeliers with crystal drops to light it all? We decided to use different kind of chandeliers to give a kind of “movement ” to the table and the topo table with the bride and groom was enhanced by long drops crystal chandeliers with 18 arms so to highlight the atmosphere of romance. The chairs color in pale gold matched the dishes and the overall decoration that had the same colors of the ceremony area: long candelabras with ivory tape candles and gold pots filled with roses and white flowers lying on a runner of greenery. As the chandeliers were hanging from an iron arm we used the same greenery to mix the style of the table to the one of the light supports. I really love this castel as I was born in this area and spent the best days of my life here: I think that S&W really understood “the mood ” of this venue and highlighted it in a perfect way full of romance and elegance: it was a dream day, that ended with an amazing firework show! if you are curious and want to see more just check it here!
